To me, life is about building relationships, learning and growing.  So, thirteen years ago, as my boys were leaving for college, I had finally reached the point in my life where I could make decisions that would only affect me.  A dream to always be in the skin care business was now able to become a reality. It was time to grow and learn. I took a leap of faith and quit my full time job of 25 years.  I then took my first step to following my dream by enrolling at the Aveda Frederic’s Institute in my hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio, where I attended full time receiving my Esthetician license. 

 

I have always had a passion for skin care, and especially love helping women bring their complexion to a healthy state.  There is nothing more rewarding than being able to give the gift of glowing skin to help a woman feel and look beautiful.  Believing that our beauty comes from within, I leave each day feeling so good knowing that I helped my guests' inner beauty come to the surface.

 

I practice skincare by using new technologies that help reduce damage to the skin and aid in improving the skin's appearance. My favorite technique is the Dermaplane facial which exfoliates the skin, and in doing so regenerates new skin cells leaving the surface smooth, soft, vibrant and glowing! Owning my own practice has given me the power to choose the products and techniques to use, and I customize each treatment every time a client comes in understanding that the skin is always changing.

 

I am a proud mother of two boys who believed in me as I followed my dream. I attribute their love and support to my success in changing careers to one that I love and am passionate about. Outside of Heartfelt Facials,  I am active in my church, volunteer work, spending time with my family and friends, and love every minute I can get with my three beautiful grandsons and my three beautiful granddaughters. My husband and I love random weekend getaways and  entertaining our family and friends. 

 

I am passionate about my career of touching the lives of others, and I pride myself in my work ethic and my enthusiasm for a career I love and believe in. I am excited to continue in my knowledge of skin care, as well as introduce new products, techniques and technology to my treatment rituals.
 

Cultivated by the best mentors in the industry, my continuing education, and commitment of volunteer work, I continue to strive for excellence. This isn’t just a career - it is a gift I have been given that I am thankful for and enjoy sharing with each of you - it has become my dream come true!
